About
Because real support starts with understanding
REACH exists to offer supportive, judgment-free coaching to neurodivergent teens, adults, and the people that care about them. My mission is to create a space where there's no need to mask or conform in order to be supported.
Through relational, neurodiversity affirming coaching, REACH helps you build tools for daily life, emotional regulation, identity, and more, always with compassion and clarity at the center of support. Every offering is designed to honor your autonomy, respect your communication style, and meet you where you are.
This is support that adapts to you, not the other way around.
Coaching with REACH isn't about "fixing" anyone, it's about supporting real growth that isn't rooted in compliance.
Through REACH Framework —Relationships, Empowerment, Autonomy, Communication, and Healing— we meet you where you are. Whether we're navigating burnout, exploring identity, or building executive functioning skills, I focus on what works for you, not what's expected by a system that wasn't designed with your brain in mind. REACH draws inspiration from approaches like SCERTS, RDI, and PEERS, models that prioritize emotional regulation, social connection, and collaborative problem-solving over rigid behavior tracking.
Every session or exchange is shaped by your needs, your communication style, and the pace that actually feels sustainable. There's no pressure to mask, no need to prove your struggles are valid, your experience is enough.
